With more than 35 years spent in Northeast Philadelphia schools, Bill understands what works—and what doesn’t. He believes students succeed when schools are safe, supported, and focused on learning, and when parents are treated as true partners in their children’s education.
Bill will advocate for policies that support educators, strengthen classrooms, and ensure every child has the chance to grow and thrive—no matter their background.
Affordable Living

Rising costs are putting pressure on working families and seniors alike. From housing to everyday expenses, too many people are being stretched thin just trying to get by.

Too many working families and seniors are struggling with rising healthcare costs, high insurance premiums, and prescription drug prices that continue to climb. No one should have to choose between seeing a doctor and paying their bills.
Bill will advocate for policies that expand access to affordable care, protect coverage for those who need it most, lower prescription drug costs, and ensure seniors and working families can see their doctors without financial hardship.
